Qualitykeeper.ai is an AI-powered quality testing platform that provides automated testing, regression testing, sanity checks, and quality reporting services. Our Service includes:

• AI-generated test case creation from product requirements
• Automated test execution and regression testing
• Continuous quality monitoring and reporting
• Integration with development workflows and CI/CD pipelines
• AI-powered anomaly detection and quality insights

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws

You retain ownership of any content, test cases, code, or data you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Subscription and Payment

Access to certain features of the Service requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription plan
• Provide accurate billing and payment information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for subscription fees
• Understand that subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable
• Accept that prices may change with 30 days' notice

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service unavailability.

8. AI and Test Results

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate test cases, execute tests, and provide quality insights. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated results may contain errors or inaccuracies. You acknowledge that:

• Test results and AI recommendations should be reviewed and validated by qualified personnel
• We are not responsible for decisions made solely based on AI-generated test results
• You are responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of your applications
• AI models may be updated, which could affect test results and recommendations

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aqalpi Technologies Private Limited and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aqalpi Technologies Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the Service. Upon termination, we will delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use the Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
